Back to Paleo plan

Back to paleo today with determination to not get off plan again till Memorial Day. No more weekend-throwing-it-all-to-the-wind.

I was one of a few girls on Saturday who could make it to this girl's bachelorette party.. I wanted to have fun with her, make her happy. So I drank at the wine tasting (we were at a beautiful rustic winery) and I realized I am weak, weak, weak when drinking wine and someone puts cheese and crackers in front of me. Still dealing with the repercussions of that decision-- including the determination not to slip up again.

I feel bloated and uncomfortable (I'm cramping because of my cycle and that doesn't help).

Plan for the day:

Oil change (sitting in the waiting room now)
Egg scramble
Bike ride
Make an awesome lecture
Coffee/lunch-ish stuff
Continue to make awesome lecture
Dinner and nice times with Chris

We shopped at the co-op yesterday, I'm all stocked up with paleo stuff (meat, veg, fruit, flax milk, etc) and am ready to take this week on HARD!

Oh, and expect a raving fan-girl update from me tomorrow as I excitedly make my way to Boston to see 30 Seconds to Mars!!!!!
